Description:
It was indeed a celebration of sportsmanship,unity and the pursuit of excellence where our school organized its first ever Inter School tournament, Mother Seraphina SHS Interschool Basketball and Lawn Tennis Tournament. Students from different schools of tricity were invited to participate and witness extraordinary talent.
The inauguration of the Tournament commenced with a hymn, sung by the school choir. The special occasion was graced by Rev. Sr. Lucy, our manager and Rev. Sr. Arti our Principal in the presence of Coaches, Team managers and officials of different teams.
Balloons were released to declare the event open which was followed by the pledge.
The opening matches were
BASKETBALL LEAGUE CUM KNOCK OUT between Sacred Heart Sr. Sec School and Kids R Kids. The teams competed energetically and Sacred Heart Sr. Sec. School won.
In LAWN TENNIS KNOCK OUT match
Carmel Convent School and St. Anne's School performed their best and St. Anne's School won.
It's not about winning or losing but about respect and the lessons that sports teach us. The friendships formed on the field, the perseverance through challenges and the triumph of the human spirit are what make events like these truly special.
The basketball court resonated with the cheers of players and spectators alike. Teams from different schools showcased their skills, determination, and teamwork throughout the tournament. The matches were fast-paced and engaging, captivating the audience with impressive dribbles, precise passes, and thrilling slam dunks.
