School Dress Code

• The School expects a student’s dress and grooming to reflect high standards of personal conduct so that her attire promotes a safe and positive atmosphere within the school. Parents/Guardians are requested to assume responsibility and co-operate with the school authorities in order to ensure that the students adhere to the school’s specific dress code.
• (i) Any form of jewellery like chains, rings, nose pins etc. is not allowed in the school. However the students are permitted to wear a set of small studs, only in the ear lobe, for the loss of which school is not responsible.
  
  (ii) Wrist watch is not allowed upto class X. However it is permitted for class X students only during examinations.
  
  (iii) Applying henna, streaking/colouring hair, applying nail polish or keeping long nails and tattooing is strongly prohibited as it steals the educative atmosphere from the class room and school campus.
• So as to be within limits of decency and good taste, it is compulsory for students to wear petticoat/under-shirts/slips in summer.
• Specifications related to hair :
  (i)Girls can either have their hair cut very short in which case they have to wear a sky blue band.
  
  (ii) Hair till the nape must be secured away from the face with a sky blue stretch band.
  
  (iii) In case the hair length falls below the shoulders level, it must be braided into two plaits and folded in double.
  
  (iv)Single plait is permitted for the students of XI & XII only.
• Parents will be contacted about their child if the school administration feels that the dress code is violated or if the student’s appearance causes a disturbance, a distraction or is a safety hazard.

SENIOR SECONDARY:

Sky blue Salwar Kameez with attached white jacket as prescribed by the school. Tie collar, school crest on the jacket, sky blue ribbons for long hair & sky blue stretch band for short hair, white socks with two blue stripes and plain black sports shoes.

WINTER

NURSERY - II:

Blue track suit with school crest as prescribed by the school, blue high neck sweater, blue ribbions, grey socks, black velcro shoes.

CLASS III – X:

White full sleeved shirt, grey trousers, school tie, sky blue full sleeved V neck pullover with navy blue stripes around the neck, navy blue blazer with school crest, sky blue ribbons for long hair and blue stretch band for short hair, grey woollen socks and black school shoes.

SENIOR SECONDARY XI - XII:

Blue track suit with school crest as prescribed by the school, blue high neck sweater, blue ribbons, grey socks, plain black sports shoes.
