Safety of Children in Schools
  • CCTV cameras have been installed in classrooms, exit and entry gates of the school, School corridors to monitor the movement in the school.
  • Fire extinguishing devices have been installed which are inspected on a regular basis.
  • Visitor entry in the school premises is strictly monitored. No one other than the school personnel is permitted access beyond the reception.
  • Students playing in the ground during the physical Educational class or during recess are monitored by required number of staff members.
  • Presence of trained medical personnel to tend to emergency situation and to take care of students who are feeling unwell. (No medicine is administered to any student without a written authorization by the parents)
  • Security/safety audit done of our premises and personnel from respective local police station follow the security related advice for the safety of School children.
  • Police verification is done for all the staff employed. Such verification and evaluation for non-teaching staff such as, drivers, conductors, peon and other support staff also done very carefully and in a detailed manner.
  • Supporting staff is employed only from authorized agencies and proper records are maintained.
  • Workshops and Inputs are provided to the staff to address their responsibilities to protect children from any form of abuse.
  • The school has constituted separate committees for redressal of students grievances, Internal Complaints committee on sexual harassment and committees under POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offence) Act, 2012 and details of the these committees along with contact details have been displayed prominently on School Notice Board.
