Description:
On the occasion of World Day Against Child Labour, observed on 12th June, the students of Class 11 C1 of Sacred Heart Senior Secondary School took a meaningful step by participating in an online pledge ceremony during their summer break.
Even though it was a holiday, the students showed great enthusiasm and a strong sense of social responsibility by coming together virtually to take a pledge against the exploitation of children through labour. The initiative aimed to raise awareness about the plight of millions of children around the world who are deprived of their right to education and a safe childhood due to child labour.
