The Pre-Primary students had an exciting and enriching experience as they were introduced to the working of an ambulance. Doctors, nurses, and technicians from a local hospital visited the school and explained the importance of an ambulance its equipment and how it is managed in emergencies.
The children witnessed a small drill where a patient was taken into the ambulance, helping them understand the process in a simple and engaging way. They were also told about the ambulance service and the emergency numbers 104 and 108 making them aware of how to seek help in urgent situations. In addition, they were introduced to basic concepts such as medicines, injections and the role of the heart in keeping us healthy.
This entire drill was witnessed by our Principal Sister Venita Joseph, Head Primary Sister Alvena and all the class teachers making the learning experience even more special for the little ones.
It was truly a day of curiosity, learning and hands-on experience that left the young learners both fascinated and informed.
